City officials said the damage to infrastructure in Manila was estimated at more than 4.5 million U.S. dollars. About 3,500 families or more than 15,000 people were evacuated from their homes at the height of Nesat.In Hongkong , No. 3 Wind Signal has replaced the more powerful signal No. 8as Typhoon Nesat moves further away from Hong Kong Thursday afternoon.
