General conditions

These are the conditions of the 4WD / Enduro Adventure tour: “4×4 Thailand” (www.4x4thailand.com).

Payments

4×4 Thailand is a Travel Agent, payments are not made through our website. Online payments are made at the tour operator(s) website(s) using secure and reliable payment processing services or via bank wire transfers.

Inscription

Reservation considerations demands that the client has satisfied a deposit of the budgeted total amount (5,000 Baht), unless the economic conditions of the suppliers impose the advanced payment of another amount. The remaining amount to be deposited when the contract becomes firm . If the consumer does not make this payment, 4×4 Thailand will fix a term. On these terms , it shall be understood that the payment shall take place at the most 7 days before arrival. 4×4 Thailand dissolve the contract and apply the rules established for the dropping of the claim before the arrival if the consumer does not make the predicted payments. All reservations require at least 60 days advance notice.

Services

Price does not include:

Flight tickets.
Personal expenses.
Beverage drink.
Jeep damage deductible excess deposit 15,000 Baht max.
Bike damage deductible excess deposit 5,000 Baht max.
Elephant riding and rafting is optional during tour.
Travel and medical insurance.

Modifications

When 4×4 Thailand is forced to modify in a significant way the essential elements of the stay, client will be notified as rapidly as possible in writing so that they can choose between terminating the reservation or contract with rights to reimbursement* of the paid amounts, or to accept the consequences of the modification of the initial reservation. In the case that the client does not communicate in writing his decision in the three following working days to the notification, it shall be understood that he/she decides on the rescission of the reservation or the contract. Sufficient causes for the modification of the tour are considered the cases of greater force (Abnormal and unforeseen circumstance.) Number of participants by group is of a minimum of 2.

*In case of cancellation: If the client has to cancel his trip, money paid will be refunded subject to the following deductions:

Penalties:

20% of the price of the trip if it is cancelled between 59 and 30 day before the date of travel.
60% of the amount of the trip if it is cancelled between 29 and 8 days before the date of exit of the trip.
100% of the price of the trip if it is cancelled within 7 days before the date of exit .

Cancellations must be in writing. (for example, via email)
